Keberadaan fitoplankton dipengaruhi kualitas lingkungan perairan. Aktivitas masyarakat yang berlangsung di sekitar daerah aliran sungai tersebut akan menyebabkan perubahan kualitas perairan yang kemudian akan berpengaruh terhadap organisme yang hidup di dalamnya termasuk fitoplankton. Sungai Kedurang berada dalam Kawasan Pengelolaan Hutan Lindung (KPHL) Bengkulu Selatan. Perubahan lingkungan di sekitar aliran sungai menyebabkan perubahan kualitas perairan. Sementara itu, sebaran fitoplankton dipengaruhi kondisi daerah aliran sungai, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang kelimpahan fitoplakton di Daerah Aliran Sungai Kedurang dalam Kawasan RHL (Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan) Desa Batu Ampar Bengkulu Selatan. Berdasarkan identifikasi sampel plankton dari semua stasiun sungai DAS Kedurang, ditemui 20 jenis, yang tergolong kelompok kelas Bacillariophyceae (9 jenis), Chlorophyceae (2 Jenis), Clorocophyceae (4 jenis), Coscinadiscaceae (2 Jenis), Cyanophyceae (1 Jenis), Flagillariaceae (3 Jenis) dan Ulviphyceae (1 Jenis). Jenis-jenis yang ditemukan adalah <em>Cymbella sp, Diploneis sp1, Diploneis sp2, Ephitemia sp, Flagilaria capucina, Navicula sp1, Navicula sp2, Navicula sp3, Pinnularia sp, Dyctiosphaerium sp, Spyrogira longata, Chlorococum sp, Closterium aceratum, Coscinodiskus sp1, Coscinodiskus sp2, Oscilatoria sp, Synedra pulchela, Synedra tabulate, Synedra ulna, Ulotric sp.</em> Indek skelimpahan pada kedua stasiun adalah stasiun 1 adalah 1.164 ind/liter dan stasiun 2 adalah 1771,5 idv/liter.</p> Meliya Wati, Novia Duya Copyright (c) 2024 Meliya Wati, Novia Duya http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://mail.online-journal.unja.ac.id/BST/article/view/33106 Sat, 15 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700
