<p style="font-weight: 400;">Hypertension is a non-communicable disease known as The Silent Killer because hypertension sufferers basically do not know that they are experiencing hypertension because there are no accompanying symptoms. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia based on 2018 Riskesdas data was 25.6% and increased to 34.1% with a total of 63,309,620 cases, while the death rate in Indonesia was 427,218. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of meditation on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design with a one group pre test and post test design method. Conducted on 18 hypertensive respondents 3 times a week for 4 weeks measured by counting systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a confidence level of p < 0.05. The results of the study showed that the average blood pressure in hypertension sufferers before being given meditation therapy was 155/98. The average blood pressure in hypertension sufferers after being given meditation therapy was 137/89 mmHg with a decrease of 18 mmHg (diastolic) with a percentage of 28% and 9 mmHg (systolic) with a percentage of 8.8%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect on reducing blood pressure before and after breathing meditation therapy in hypertension sufferers.</p>Fajar Pandapotan Siringo-ringoYusnilawatiFadliyana Ekawaty

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Introduction: </strong>In the era of globalization, society demands an increase in adequate health services. In hospitals, health services are a form of service provided to patients by the nursing team. Nursing is a medical team that carries out a big task in serving patients for 24 hours.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Purpose: </strong>To find out if nursing students have applied caring behavior in their lives.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Methods: </strong>This study is a literature study in the form of a literature review. Article search uses electronic based, such as Google Scholar, PubMed and Scince direct using Indonesian and English keywords. This is done to find articles that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 10 articles were obtained from the results of the screening.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Results: </strong>Caring behavior is influenced by several factors, such as educational strata, knowledge, experience, personality type, emotional, social support, and character. Caring behavior in nursing students is considered to be still lacking and needs to be improved. In improving the caring behavior of nursing students, educators must encourage students to carry out caring behavior to their peers. Educators must also implement the learning process and caring behavior training programs for nursing students. This is very important in improving nursing care to patients.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Improving caring behavior must start from the campus and family environment.</p>Joni Ullo

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Coronary heart disease is a disease caused by impaired heart function due to a lack of oxygen supply to the heart muscles. Healt status ini coronary heart is relateded to patient’s quality of life. This study aims to determine the quality of life of coronary heart patient at hospital Dr. Bratanata Jambi. type of research uses a quantitative descriptive design. The population of all patient withcoronary heart disease with a total sample of 76 respondents. Sampling using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis using univariate of frequency distribution. Based on the result of data analysis obtained in the physical domain has a higt quality of 65people (85,5%), in the psychological domain have a hight quality of life 72 people (94,7%), in the social domain have a hight quality of life 65 people (85,5%) and the environmental domain has a hight quality of life 63 people (82,9%). <p style="font-weight: 400;">December 2019 a new virus Covid-19 was identified in the city of Wuhan. The Covid-19 Pandemic situation occurred for 2 years, showing improvements every day and also the vaccine target increasing and decreasing the level of PPKM, the Indonesian government implemented the Adaptation of New Habits (AKB) policies that had an impact on students on students' emotional stability and caused pressures on students. during learning so that academic stress arises which affects the learning process. This type of research is quantitative (observational analytic) used a cross-sectional design with total sampling method. The number of samples used was 33 respondents. The study was conducted from January 28, 2022 to February 7, 2022. The data was collected using a questionnaire of emotional stability and academic stress. The results of statistical tests used Correlation Gamma with p-value 0,001 < (0,05) obtained the results of a relationship between Emotional Stability and Academic Stress Levels in Nurse Profession Students at Jambi University During the New Normal. Based on the research, it shows that 55% are emotionally stable and 45% are emotionally unstable, with the dominant respondents being 58% of severe academic stress, 24% moderate, 15% very severe, 3% mild. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Background:</strong> COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by (SARS-CoV-2). The spread of the corona virus took place very quickly and spread to various countries in a very short time, a possible factor being the lack of public awareness in complying with health protocols such as maintaining distance, wearing masks, avoiding crowds, washing hands and so on. <strong>Research objective:</strong> to assess community perceptions about the importance of preventing COVID-19 in Donorojo Village, Jayaloka District.<strong> Method: </strong>This research uses quantitative descriptive. Sample: in this research, there were 98 people in Donorojo Village, Jayaloka District, using the Purposive Sampling technique. <strong>The results</strong> of this research show that the public's perception of the importance of preventing COVID-19 is in the moderate category, including the vulnerability felt by 66 people (67.3%), the severity felt by 59 people (60.2%), the benefits felt by 62 people (63.3% ), barriers felt by 49 people (50.0%), cues to action by 69 people (70.4%), self-efficacy by 79 people (80.6%), and community perception about the importance of preventing COVID-19 in Donorojo Village by 68 people ( 69.4%).<strong>Conclusion:</strong> it was found that public perception of the importance of preventing COVID-19 is at a moderate level. In order for the community's perception to fall into the high category, the village government must be more concerned with collaborating with the community health center to hold health promotions.</p>GENDIS KLARAPUTRI
