Pengelolaan Limbah Cair Di CPA (Central Processing Area) PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati Field

Kegiatan eksploitasi minyak dan gas menghasilkan limbah cair yang memerlukan pengolahan sebelum dibuang ke lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengelolaan limbah cair di Central Processing Area (CPA) PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati Field menggunakan metode fitoremidiasi dengan tumbuhan enceng gondok. Pengamatan lapangan dan analisis kuantitatif dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode ini. Sumber-sumber limbah cair di CPA diproses di kolam CPA 2 dan CPA 3, dengan debit yang diukur setiap hari menggunakan flow meter. Hasil analisis kualitas air menunjukkan bahwa parameter seperti pH, TSS, minyak dan lemak, BOD, COD, amoniak, dan coliform dalam limbah cair telah memenuhi baku mutu kualitas air setelah melalui proses fitoremidiasi. Dengan demikian, air limbah yang diolah di kolam CPA 2 dan CPA 3 dapat dialirkan ke lingkungan tanpa merusak ekosistem. Metode fitoremidiasi efektif dalam meminimalisasi dampak negatif limbah cair dari kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi.
