The Indonesian Educational Administration and Leadership Journal (IDEAL) provides an important forum for exchanging ideas to enrich educational theories and practices. IDEAL is a biannual e-journal, open access, and peer-reviewed. We accept unpublished, high-quality and original research manuscripts in either English or Indonesian language relevant to the journal's focus and scope.
