Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejenuhan Kerja (Burnout) pada Guru Honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Tahun 2022

Burnout merupakan suatu kondisi stress kronis dimana pekerja merasa jenuh dan lelah secara fisik, mental dan emosional yang diakibatkan oleh kondisi yang dialami pada saat bekerja. Burnout disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara pekerjaan yang dibebankan kepada pekerja, jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, status perkawinan dan locus of control. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden, dari total populasi guru honorer 25 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022. Data dianalisis dengan metode univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Â Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan antara umur p-value <0.001, Status Perkawinan p-value 0.003 dan Locus of control p-value 0.007 dengan kejenuhan kerja (Burnout) pada guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah ada hubungan antara usia dengan Kejenuhan kerja (Burnout) pada guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Tahun 2022 dengan p-value <0.001. Ada hubungan antara umur dengan Kejenuhan kerja (Burnout) pada guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Tahun 2022 p-value 0.003. Ada hubungan antara umur dengan Kejenuhan kerja(Burnout) pada guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Tahun 2022 p-value 0.007.
