PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI BAGIAN RAWAT JALAN RSUD H. ABDUL MANAP KOTA JAMBI

Instansi pemerintahan saat ini khususnya yang bergerak dalam pelayanan publik semakin dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai di bagian rawat jalan RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variable intervening dan mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mendominasi dan faktor-faktor yang perlu diperbaiki dari employee engagement yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di bagian rawat jalan RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi yang diharapkan dapat berguna bagi manajemen rumah sakit dalam mengelola manajemen sumber daya manusianya agar lebih optimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 129 orang pegawai di Bagian Rawat Jalan RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi, besar sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden. Data diproses lebih lanjut menggunakan program SmartPLS. Dari model struktural dan nilai loading item statement terdapat beberapa indikator variabel yang memiliki nilai loading dibawah 0,5. Analisis teknis melibatkan penentuan koefisien korelasi dan regresi linier berganda, kemudian hasilnya diinterpretasikan melalui pembahasan, kesimpulan dan saran dari variabel yang diteliti. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Employee enggagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di bagian rawat jalan RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi, Employee engagement pegawai di bagian rawat jalan RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai di bagian rawat jalan RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variable intervening
