EFEKTIVITAS DAN USABILITY USER INTERFACE DALAM APLIKASI MODERN: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS MELALUI STUDI LITERATUR REVIEW

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan usability User Interface (UI) dalam aplikasi modern melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian ini menelusuri evolusi UI dari antarmuka berbasis teks sederhana menuju sistem yang adaptif dan multimodal yang mendukung desain berpusat pada pengguna. Dengan menerapkan metode SLR, penelitian ini secara sistematis memilih dan menganalisis dua belas artikel terpublikasi dan telah ditinjau sejawat antara tahun 2010 hingga 2024, yang membahas dimensi utama UI seperti navigasi, keterbacaan, personalisasi, adaptabilitas, dan interaksi kolaboratif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas UI dipengaruhi oleh sejauh mana antarmuka mendukung penyelesaian tugas, mengurangi beban kognitif, dan memberikan umpan balik sistem yang responsif. Selain itu, usability meningkat ketika desain UI selaras dengan harapan pengguna, perangkat yang digunakan, dan konteks penggunaan. Metode SLR memberikan kerangka berbasis bukti yang komprehensif untuk evaluasi dan strategi desain UI masa depan.
