About the Journal
Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is an International peer-reviewed journal, open access, accreditated by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as 1st rank journal in Indonesia (SINTA1) and has been Indexed by SCOPUS. Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal is an official publication of Department of Technology of Agricultural product (THP), Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University, in collaboration with the Indonesian Food Technologist Association (IAFT/PATPI). IFSTJ is published twice a year. The journal contains original research articles and scientific review includes research in the scope of advanced research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry and analysis, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, risk, security, reliability and quality, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations with a particular emphasis on the Indonesian food as well as other regions that have similar or relevant to Indonesian food.
