Representasi Citra Presiden Joko Widodo pada KTT G20 Indonesia Periode November 2022 di Media Rusia

Indonesia menjadi tuan rumah pertemuan KTT G20 yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 15—16 November 2022. Pertemuan KTT G20 membahas berbagai isu, termasuk eskalasi politik antara Rusia dan Ukraina. Penelitian ini membahas citra Presiden Joko Widodo yang diambil dari sepuluh berita Lenta.ru dan RIA Novosti selama November 2022. Metodologi riset yang digunakan adalah analisis bingkai dari Robert N. Entman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran sikap Presiden Joko Widodo dalam menghadapi eskalasi politik Rusia dan Ukraina berdasarkan pemberitaan Lentra.ru dan RIA Novosti selama November 2022. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kedua kanal berita Rusia tersebut menggambarkan Presiden Joko Widodo sebagai sosok yang peduli, peka terhadap isu global, serta mampu mencerminkan politik luar negeri Indonesia yang bebas aktif dengan tidak berpihak dengan Rusia maupun Barat.
Abstract
Indonesia hosted the G20 Summit on 15-16 November 2022 which discussed various issues including the political escalation between Russia and Ukraine. This research examines the depiction of President Joko Widodo in ten Lenta.ru and RIA Novosti news stories during November 2022. The research methodology used is framing analysis from Robert N. Entman. This research intends to identify the portrayal of President Joko Widodo's attitude in facing the political escalation of Russia and Ukraine based on the news from Lentra.ru and RIA Novosti during November 2022. The results of this research are that the two Russian news channels depicted President Joko Widodo as a caring figure, sensitive to global issues, as well as being able to reflect Indonesia's free and active foreign policy without siding with Russia or the West.
